Vintage

As I made my morning coffee in one of my favourite mugs today, I was wondering why I like to use this mug so damn much. Even my baby cousin likes to use it too (she's not really a baby, but you know, she's 3 and she's the youngest, so...). So I said to my mom (yes, out of the blue) why I like it:

Me: I like it 'cause the picture on it looks vintage, with the porcelain blue colour and everything.

Mom: It IS vintage! It was my grandmother's. 

Me: No way! I should keep it away from now on, before Abby (my baby cousin) broke it. 

No, I haven't keep it, I probably will if my grandma didn't have any back ups. I'll have to ask her, soon...

To keep up with the vintage theme, I put this ring and bracelet, both are vintage and from my mom. The ring was my mom's and the bracelet was my aunt's which later she gave to my mom, and now she gave it to me. Fyi, the colour of the ring's stone is ruby red, not pink. I don't know why in the photos it looks pink.

Coachella Vibes

Coachella ended a couple of weeks ago, and a lot of people missed it already. Not me though. How could I miss it when I actually missed it? One day I'm going to gather all of my money and go there, see what's so cool and hip about it.

Anyways, I got this rad suede-fringes necklace last month. It reminds me of Coachella so much that I decided to buy it. I'm not usually into bohemian things, but this is an exception. Plus, it's perfect for the 70s trend that's been around recently.

Boyfriend Jeans + Birks.

I used to hate wearing boyfriend jeans. It makes my legs look bigger and it's not flattering at all. But recently, my love towards it grew. I find myself wearing them more than my regular skinny jeans. Then I found these a few months ago, and fell in love with it. I've been wearing them with a pair of Birkenstocks sandals. They are practically my uniform right now. Throw on a t-shirt, some accessories, and I'm good to go. Yes, I'm that lazy...

Btw, I just got home from the mall. Watched "Avengers: Age of Ultron", and IT WAS EPIC! You guys should definitely watch it if you haven't already. I want to watch it again, IT WAS THAT GOOD! xx

First.

Hey!

I don't know how many times I made a blog and deleted it just after a few months, I lost count... But this, THIS blog, is different. I finally convinced myself to make a new one (well no, not really. A friend suggested it and I think it would be a great idea to start over) and promise that I will committed to this blog. I will regularly post pictures, and random bits and bobs.

And yeah, I have a self titled blog 'cause I'm lacking in the name-making department. So I'll keep it that way until I find a good one.
